HDD DRILL CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

The purpose of this document is to provide a method for the Contractor to perform and control the construction of the pipeline network at the locations as attached in the attached drawing, under the project "DARCO BA LAI CLEAN WATER FACTORY".

1.4 LEGAL DOCUMENTS

5.0 TEMPORARY WORKS FOR CONSTRUCTION

- Minh Phuong will transport 01 container 10 ft containing the equipment, tools for construction and other works located at the gathering yard in the construction area.

- Office at the site: at the office of Darco Ba Lai Water Supply Co.Ltd

- Housing of cadres / workers will be rented houses for about 6 km from the construction sites.

- Use 20kVA generator to supply electricity to weld pipes. Water for drilling is provided by tank trucks and portable water tanks.

6.0 DRILL CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

- Construction progress is calculated from the date the Investor receives the construction approval.

8.0 DEEP AND SPACE TO UNDERGROUND WORKS

The depth of pipe burying when crossing irrigation canals or ditches is determined based on API RP 1102 standard, input parameters are pipe wall thickness, tunneling depth, parameters of roads and operating vehicles. Check the pipe's stress against allowable stress and weld fatigue against the weld fatigue limit to ensure that the pipe is not damaged or destroyed during operation.

9.0 CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND DRILLING TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

9.1 SURVEY

Construction arrangement survey

The construction team, the survey team discussed in reality the ground characteristics, existing obstacles (underground lines, cables, sewers, ...) to determine the location of the drill, the welding position. pipe assembly, towing preparation plan, construction plan for gathering of equipment and materials, possible obstacles and propose solutions to speed up the progress (if necessary).

Thus, it can be seen that the difficulty mainly comes from natural conditions: ground, geographical location, weather. To overcome these difficulties and speed up the progress, the contractor must comply with the following criteria:

1. Mobilizing optimal resources for all stages.

2. Reasonably allocating resources for smooth coordination between the construction sites, local authorities, functional agencies and the Investor, not creating downtime during the construction process.

3. Strictly control, find out potential risks, focus on immediate treatment to prevent these potentials from developing into problems.

9.2 MACHINE EQUIPMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCE

Based on the survey data, Minh Phuong has selected the appropriate equipment and materials to gather to the project. The right and enough selection ensures efficient construction, on schedule and minimizes costs.

Personnel implementing the project must ensure that they have been trained in safety and have specialized certificates relevant to the field in charge.
